What is Reformer Pilates?Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout inspired by traditional Pilates but with added intensity. If it is your first time, we highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class for a short introduction.

How often should I take classes at twotone for the best results? For strength and toning, we recommend 3-4 classes per week to build consistency and see results. If you’re combining Reformer Pilates with other workouts, 3 classes per week can help improve mobility, core stability, and overall performance. Recovery is key, so listen to your body and balance intensity with rest when needed.

These policies ensure fair access to classes for all members.

How does the waitlist work?If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist as long as it is more than 12 hours before the class starts. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before being added to the class. If you are added to the class and can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fees. If a spot does not open up, your credit will remain in your account for future use. For the best chance of securing a spot, keep an eye on your notifications and manage your bookings through your account.

Can I take multiple classes in one day?No, at Twotone, we do not allow multiple classes in one day. Our method is designed to push muscles to fatigue through slow, controlled movements and time under tension, making recovery an essential part of progress. To ensure optimal performance, muscle recovery, and injury prevention, we recommend allowing your body sufficient rest between sessions. For the best results, we encourage consistency over intensity—spacing out your workouts throughout the week will help you build strength, endurance, and tone more effectively.
