Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

Twotone operates a high-energy Reformer Pilates studio where all clients agree to the following terms and conditions when booking and attending classes. By purchasing a membership, package or single class, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Memberships and class packs are personal and not transferable to others.

Unlimited monthly subscriptions include a maximum of one lesson per day. Additional lessons on the same day will be charged at €30 per lesson.

Recurring memberships automatically renew unless at least 14 days' notice is given for cancellation. Cancellations before the minimum term require payment of the difference between the full-priced and discounted contract for the months completed.

Subscriptions can be paused only in case of medical reasons, if supported by evidence.

Introductory offers are limited to one per person and cannot be purchased multiple times with different email addresses. If this does happen, a €30 fee will be charged.

Instructors are subject to change without notice. Consult the TwoTone schedule for the most current details.

All sales are final. Lessons are non-refundable.

Payment & Billing

Twotone accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and SEPA Direct Debit. All transactions are pre-processed at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, the amount is automatically debited on the agreed date. Any declined or failed payments must be paid before a member can take further classes.

Price Adjustments: Twotone reserves the right to adjust prices, class times and schedules. Any price increase applies to future purchases only.

Rules & Standards of Conduct

To maintain a safe and pleasant environment, we expect respectful behavior from all clients. The instructor has the right to remove anyone from class at any time for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Grip socks are required for hygienic and safety reasons and are available in the studio.

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class. New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early for safety instruction.

If more than 5 minutes late, class participation is no longer possible. New clients will not be able to participate once the class has started.

Equipment must be cleaned after use and wearing clean sportswear is mandatory. Shoes are not allowed on the Reformers.

The studio is a smoke-free environment.

Consumption of food and drink is not permitted, except water in a sealed bottle.

Twotone is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Items left behind will be kept in the Lost & Found.

Photos or videos may be taken during classes and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify hello@twotonepilates.com in writing in advance.

Right of withdrawal

For online purchases of memberships or class packs, the customer has the right of revocation within 14 days, provided the services have not yet been used. For physical products, a withdrawal right of 14 days after receipt also applies.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as illness, pandemic, power failure, natural disaster, government measures, etc.) TwoTone is not obliged to execute the agreement. In case of prolonged force majeure (>30 days), both parties may dissolve the agreement. There is no right to compensation in such cases.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservation & Waiting List Policy

Clients must reserve classes in advance through their online account.

If a class is full, customers may register on the waiting list, provided they have a valid class credit.

When a spot becomes available, an email notification will be sent. Customers must enable notifications to receive updates.

Customers can remove themselves from the waitlist up to 12 hours before the class begins.

If a customer is selected from the waitlist and does not appear, they will be charged for no-show.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients may cancel their reservations up to 12 hours prior to class at no charge.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours prior) will result in:

 

Loss of the session for single lesson/package holders.

 

A €15 late cancellation fee.

 

A €20 no-show penalty if the class is missed without cancellation.

To cancel, clients must log into their account and delete their reservation through “My schedule.”

Memberships& Payment Terms

Types of Memberships

Monthly cancelable unlimited membership (1 month commitment).

€250 per 4 weeks. This membership is automatically renewed and can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation must be made in writing at least 10 days before the next payment date.

 

Unlimited membership with a minimum term of 12 months (12 month commitment)

€195 per 4 weeks. This membership has a minimum term of 12 months and then automatically renews. After this period the membership can be cancelled or changed with at least 10 days written notice before the next payment date.

 

Annual subscription (12 month commitment).

€2250 per year. This membership is automatically renewed. After this period the membership can be cancelled or changed with at least 30 days written notice before the next payment date.

 

First Class: One-time €12. Valid until 7 days after purchase.

Single Class: One-time €32. Valid until 30 days after purchase.

5 Classes: One-time €115. Valid until 1 month after purchase.

10 Classes: One-time €260. Valid until 3 months after purchase.

15 Classes: One-time €315. Valid until 6 months after purchase.

Please note: After the expiration date, unused classes expire and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are billed every 4 weeks in advance.

Unpaid balances must be paid before further classes are taken.

Members are responsible for updating their payment information as needed.

If a payment fails, TwoTone may attempt to reload the card or use SEPA Direct Debit. If unsuccessful, membership may be suspended and outstanding credits will expire.

Freezing Memberships

Only 12-month membership and annual membership can be frozen up to 1 time per year for a maximum of 4 weeks at a time.

During the freeze period it is not possible to book classes.

Customers must submit a request via email to hello@twotonepilates.com at least 7 days in advance.

No retroactivity on freezes allowed.

Liability & Risk

Liability & Risk

By participating in classes, clients declare that they are physically able to exercise and participate at their own risk.

Customers must inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class.

Twotone is not responsible for injuries, injuries, damages or lost/stolen property.

Clients are advised to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.

If the instructor believes participation is a risk for medical or safety reasons, he/she reserves the right to remove the client from the class.

Complaint Policy

Complaints may be submitted by email at hello@twotonepilates.com. Twotone strives to respond substantively within 14 days. Filing a complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.

All content, training schedules, designs, media, teaching materials, logos and brand names are the property of Twotone. None of this may be reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

By registering with Twotone, customers consent to the processing of personal data for administrative and marketing purposes. Personal data is stored securely and not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Twotone reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the services following changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
