Trying a new workout can be a bit scary, but don’t worry – at TwoTone, you’re in a safe, supportive, and energetic place. Our classes are for all levels, and we’re here to help!

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • All levels are welcome – join in at your own pace with modifications from our instructors.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early – get settled, find your spot, and meet our team.

  • First time? Let us know! – we’ll guide you through and support you during class.

WHAT TO WEAR?

  • Grip socks required – available for purchase at the studio.

  • Comfortable workout clothes – wear what feels good for you.
