New to Reformer Pilates? You're in the right place.

You don't need any previous Pilates experience to start at Twotone. Our classes are designed for every level, and our instructors will guide you through the Reformer, the movements and everything you need to know.
Just arrive a little early. We'll take care of the rest.

Step 1

Step 2
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Give yourself a little time to settle in.
Our team will welcome you, show you around and introduce you to the Reformer before class begins.
Let us know it's your first time. We'll make sure you feel ready before the workout starts.
Step 3
Meet Your Instructor & Enjoy the Experience
Your instructor will guide you through the workout from start to finish, explain the movements and help you find the right level for you.
Don't worry about knowing what to do. That's our job.
Expect 45 minutes of slow, controlled movement that will challenge your entire body.
Move at your own pace, take a break when you need one and focus on control rather than perfection.
Your first class is about getting familiar with the Reformer. You'll feel more confident every time you come back.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety and are available to purchase at the studio if you don't already have a pair.

All Twotone classes are taught in English.
